Jessica Plonchak is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Jessica earned her Master of Social Work Degree from New York University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Additionally, she obtained her Master of Business Administration from Liberty University. Jessica has worked as a director for partial care, outpatient, and addiction services throughout the last eight years. She has nine years’ experience in a leadership role and three years’ experience as a certified clinical supervisor.
 
She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in residential, partial hospitalization, IOP, outpatient and correctional facility settings. Jessica has worked in the field of mental health since 2007 serving individuals with a variety of mental and emotional disorders as well as those affected by chemical addiction. Jessica utilizes a strength-based perspective and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management Recovery, Motivational interviewing, and Crisis Intervention.

She is compassionate and dedicated to working with students to ensure they learn the adaptive and flexible qualities necessary for success in the social work profession.
